The Send North America Conference is an annual gathering hosted by the North American Mission Board (NAMB). This year, the conference was held in Nashville, Tennessee at the Bridgestone Arena and Music City Center. This two day gathering of 13,000 consisted of main sessions as well as 31 breakout sessions to dive deeper into specific topics.

Orchestrate was thrilled to partner with NAMB in a year long relationship, molding, planning, and dreaming up the #Send2015 conference. Our role was vast, detailed, and all hands on deck.

We led and played roles all areas, including the following:

  • Conference logistics
  • Content planning
  • Production sourcing and management
  • Environmental design
    • Backstage environments
    • Lobby and common areas
    • Stores
    • Networking spaces
  • Breakout management
  • Hospitality management
  • Hosting of VIP guests, speakers, and talent
  • Signage
